Dear Respected sir,
It is stated that I am a student of (Grade and class name). I am a football player in the college representing the team. As you are well aware of that annual sports week is upon us in few weeks and all sports will be held in this week. Since our football team has a long run of matches coming up during the sports week we are training well to win this competition.
Yesterday when I was training in the ground with my other team players I have encountered a leg injury by falling off from a header on my leg and it got a bit twisted by improper landing on the ground. I continued the game after having a spray on the leg at that time. When I was home at night it started to swell due to the inner injury of the leg.
When I woke up in the morning I could not move off my bed it has swelled very much and caused very much pain when I try to move. Therefore I will not be able to come to school for three days. The doctor has recommended me three days of bed rest so I cannot come to school.
Kindly grant me leave for three days. I shall be very grateful to you.
