Rolfing is an alternative medical treatment marketed because of the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration. The Institute claims that Rolfing can be a “holistic system of soft tissue tricks and movement training that organize(s) the main body in gravity”. Rolfing is the most publicly known model of Structural Integration and is also essentially identical for it. There is insufficient evidence to claim that Rolfing is effective for the treatment of any health condition and it has been characterized as a pseudoscience.
