The general scope of conducting this study was to research the promotional strategy and activities of Computer Source Ltd to produce customer awareness. Other objectives are identify different promotional tools used by Computer Source Ltd create brand awareness about different computer brands and identify the level of Customer Satisfaction related to promotional initiatives of Computer Source Ltd regarding HP brand.
