Post-scarcity is a theoretical economy where goods, services, in addition to information are widely accessible. The term post-scarcity economics is something of a misnomer because scarcity is a defining feature associated with modern economics. Quoting a 1932 essay authored by Lionel Robbins, economics is actually: “the science which in turn studies human behaviour as being a relationship between concludes and scarce means which may have alternative uses.”
