Main purpose of this Thesis is to analysis Performance Evaluation of Dutch Bangla Bank Limited. Other objectives are measure the overall performance of Dutch Bangla Bank and observe the working environment in commercial banks. Report also focus on to study existing banker-customer relationship and discuss the overall functioning of Dutch Bangla Bank. finally draw SWOT analysis based on Performance Evaluation and suggest recommendation.
