Offset printing is a commonly used technique when the inked image is transferred from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface. When used in conjunction with the lithographic practice, which is based on the repulsion of gas and water, the offset technique employs a designated image carrier which the image being printed obtains printer from ink rollers, even though the non-printing area, keeping the non-printing places ink-free. The levels of offset printing duties are rapidly decreasing caused by advances in computer publishing software of which enable novice publishers to create their personal tiny publications and produce them without counteract presses.
