The groups are: Grains, Vegetables, Fruits, Milk and cheese. Oils, Meat and beans. Healthy eating is not about strict dietary limitations, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Here also discuss some suggestion of Healthy Life: Limit sweets; Limit fried and fatty foods; Eat lots of veggies and fruit; Drink lots of milk; Drink lots of water and EXERCISE every day.
