Broad objective of this article is to discuss why Mineral Depletion Cause Illness. When land is utilized to grow food, nutrients found in soil are depleted so that soil produce the crop. If the land is never given time for it to replenish its nutrients, the meal it produces will be far less nutritious. Plants are not one and only thing affected by mineral exhausted soil. Meat consumed today is far less nutritious than it once was simply because the plants that animals eat are far less nutritious. The Earth’s soil is simply running out of nutritional requirements. In turn, the food humans, animals and all living things within this planet consume provides far less health supplements than it once did.
