Control is focused on three elements of the project: Performance, Cost as well as Time. There are unique that can cause some sort of project’s performance to call for control, like: Unexpected specialized problems arise, Insufficient resources can be purchased when needed, Insurmountable technical difficulties can be found and Quality or consistency problems occur.
