Main purpose of this lecture is to presentation on Project Control for Project Management. Control is the last element in the particular implementation cycle of planning-monitoring-controlling. Control is focused on three elements of the project: Performance, Cost as well as Time. There are unique that can cause some sort of project’s performance to call for control, like: Unexpected specialized problems arise, Insufficient resources can be purchased when needed, Insurmountable technical difficulties can be found and Quality or consistency problems occur.
