Consumer Perception is defined as the process by which an individual selects, organizes and interprets stimuli into a meaningful and coherent picture of the world. Purchaser Perception is a marketing concept that has a customer’s impression, awareness and/or consciousness in regards to a company or it is offerings. Consumer Perception is normally affected by promotion, reviews, public contact, social media, personal experiences with other channels.
