Prime purpose of this lecture is to presentation on Business Research Process. Here explain three types of research, they are: Exploratory, Descriptive and Causal. Exploratory Research Process is an initial research conducted to clarify ambiguous situations or discover potential business opportunities and it does not provide conclusive evidence and also Useful in new product development. Descriptive Research Process is to describes characteristics of a population or phenomenon and Useful in describing market segment. And finally Causal is conducted to identify cause and effect relationships.
