Prime objective of this lecture is to present on Black History Month. First Black cadets graduate from flying school at Tuskegee, Alabama. On August 1, 1944, Adam Clayton Powell, Jr., of Harlem became the first Black Congressman from the East. In April 3, 1944; The Supreme Court rules in Smith v. Allwright that “White primaries” could not exclude Black voters.
