Jurisdiction of the Administrative Tribunal

The Administrative Tribunal has the exclusive jurisdiction to see and determine applications of a person inside service of the actual ‘Republic or of any statutory public authority in respect of the stipulations of his support. So, the Administrative Tribunal doesn’t have a jurisdiction to captivate any application filed by a person who is usually or who will not be in the service on the Republic or of any statutory authority specified inside schedule to the actual Act. The person suffering from the decision on the higher authority must apply before the better authority. After having your decision of the better administrative authority under any law enforced in the mean time any person aggrieved may apply to the Administrative Tribunal within few months of the decision on the higher authority.
