Main observation of this thesis is to analysis Isolation of aerobic enteric bacteria from large gut in patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis. Other objectives are observe the difference in bacterial isolates between patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis and normal healthy controls and observe the difference in bacterial pattern between superficial microflora and mucosal bacteria. Here also observe any difference in bacterial load between Ankylosing Spondylitis patients and normal healthy controls and determine the rate of bacterial isolates among HLA-B27 positive patients.
