International Humanitarian Law on the National Legislation

Intercontinental Humanitarian Law states the actual principle of personal penal obligation. If any act committed by anyone punishable under the national law then this state can take penal sanction against see your face. Bangladesh is responsible for taking criminal proceeding against the one who commits gross violation regarding international humanitarian law. In this case nationality or place regarding occurrence shall not came involved. As a state party with the convention Bangladesh has tasks to enact some regulations with penal sanctions in order to avoid the violation of international humanitarian law. But, still Bangladesh did not really enact any specific law for this purpose. Bangladesh has an obligation to attempt in time of peace such as time of war to disseminate the writing of the present convention around possible.
