The prime objective of this report is to identify HRM Practices in Microcredit Sector of Grameen Bank. General objectives of this reports are to know the human resource management (HRM) practices of Grameen Bank, to identify the various avenues for improving the HRM practices and policies of Grameen Bank and to know about the management ability of Grameen Bank.
