The global workforce reflects new international division of labor that was emerging since the late 1970s from the wake of additional forces of globalization. Global workforce means the international labour pool of workers, including those employed by multinational companies and connected via a global system regarding networking and generation, immigrant workers, these in export-oriented occupation, contingent work as well as other precarious occupation.
