Good Evening honorable Director, dear friends, and colleagues; thanks for joining me here on my day of retirement. It’s a pleasure to deliver the speech on my retirement from the company …..(Name of company) as the …..(Designation). I welcome you all to this difficult but special occasion.
It has been my pleasure to be connected with all the wonderful and beautiful people, whom I have had the opportunity to work with during my tenure in this company. Deep down my heart, I have great memories of the times shared, friendships forged and the incredible successes which we have enjoyed; all these have been an extraordinary part of my life. It has been a long journey together; during this tenure, I have been able to build myself. It has been a phase during which I have become more courageous, kinder and more enthusiastic. Thank you all for making me what I am today. Your love, affection, care, and knowledge has made me stand high today.
I am really thankful to the authority or office management for noticing and encouraging my talent and work ethics. You have noticed my skills and appreciated them from the very beginning. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for believing in me for this entire tenure and making me enrich my life. You have been just like my second family and you have supported me in my career and in my personal life as well. My colleagues or teammates have been the best part of my journey, they have made my dreams live and have put in all the efforts so that we diverse people are acknowledged and known as one entity throughout the company.
I am proud to claim that my career at this company has been outstanding due to the support, appreciation, encouragement, and cooperation I have received from each one of you. I cannot thank you enough for this. But now, it is time for me to look forward to having to spend time and the freedom to pursue my hobbies and interests including writing, travel and hanging out with my family and friends.
Talking about this company, I say, this company has been my dream and my only desire was to see this company growing every day. We have achieved success but it is critical that we maintain this success for years to come, in fact, multiply it by several more accolades and recognition. It is hard to bid you all say goodbye, but the time says that it has to be done. I am going to miss this amazing environment, such colleagues who stood by me always and helped me execute my plans.
