General objective of this article is to explain Plica Syndrome of the Knee. The primary symptom of plica syndrome is pain. There is frequently a snapping sensation across the inside aspect of the knee only when it’s bent. Plica syndrome in the knee is associated along with chronic overuse, inflammatory disorders, and knee injury. The medial plica is one of the four plica that are only in the knee. This part of the lower end in the kneecap runs sideways and attaches towards lower aspect of the thighbone. Finally analysis how does a plica cause problems in the knee and how is plica syndrome diagnosed.
