Entoloma sinuatum can be a poisonous mushroom found across Europe and America. The largest mushroom from the genus of pink-spored fungi called Entoloma, it can also be the type species. Appearing in later summer and autumn, fruit bodies are located in deciduous woodlands about clay or chalky soils, or nearby parklands, sometimes such as fairy rings.
