Broad objective of this article is to Discuss on Prisoners’ Rights. Here focus Prisoners’ Rights in American law’s perspectives. Now a days, the Court recognizes in which prisoners do have certain rights. At the same time, the Court holds in which prisoners do have less rights than free citizens because taking away rights is a legitimate punishment and since the restriction of rights is essential to maintain security throughout prisons. The current trend is time for the hands‐off doctrine, while using the Rehnquist Court granting correctional officials considerable discretion to decide what restrictions should be put on inmates.
