Carbon Nanotubes for Nanotechnology

Fullerenes and carbon nanotubes are two strongly connected carbon resources. While fullerenes have bucky ball structure, CNTs are stripes of graphite rolled up flawlessly into tubes. The carbon atoms in a nanotube are approved in hexagons, alike to the arrangement of atoms in a sheet of graphite. The electronic properties are entirely determined by its helicity and diameter.
