Brand Loyalty means the extent of the faithfulness of consumers to a particular brand, expressed through their repeat purchases, irrespective of the marketing pressure generated from the competing brands. Brand loyalty is because consumer behavior and it is affected by an individual’s preferences. Loyal customers can consistently purchase products off their preferred brands, no matter convenience or price. Examples of brand loyalty promotions: My Coke Rewards, Pepsi Stuff, Marriott Rewards etc.
