Balance Sheet is a financial statement of which summarizes a company’s assets, liabilities and shareholders’ equity at the specific moment in time. These three equilibrium sheet segments supply investors an idea as to what the company has and owes, plus the amount invested with the shareholders. A normal company balance sheet has three pieces: assets, liabilities, and also ownership equity. The balance sheet must follow the subsequent formula: Assets = Debts + Shareholders’ equity.
