Autonomist Marxism is a collection of anti-authoritarian left-wing politics and social moves and theories. Like a theoretical system, it first come forth in Italy inside 1960s from workerist communism. Afterwards, post-Marxist and anarchist tendencies became significant after influence from the Situationists, the failure of Italian far-left movements inside 1970s, and the emergence of numerous important theorists which include Antonio Negri.
