Anoxic Events

Oceanic anoxic events or anoxic functions make reference to intervals in the actual Earth’s past where portions of seas become depleted with oxygen (O2) at depths over a large geographic spot. During some of such events, euxinia develops, euxinia events refers to anoxic waters which contain H2S hydrogen sulfide.
