The Board of Directors recommends 40% cash dividend, i.e. Tk. 4.00 (Taka four) for every ordinary share of Tk. 10.00, and 5% stock dividend, i.e. 5 (five) fully paid ordinary shares, as bonus shares for every 100 (one hundred) ordinary shares for the year ended at June 30, 2016.
