It is a broadly described annual report of Beach Hatchery Limited in the year of 2015-2016. During the year the company earned net loss of Tk. 2.19 Crore and net profit Tk. 2.11 Crore in the preceding year. During the period ended 30th June 2016 revenue decreased by an amount of Tk. 172,142,239.00 owing to production stopped this year. During the period ended 30th June 2016 gross loss by an amount total Tk. 12,421.00 due to production stopped this year.
Considering the overall financial position of the Company the Board Directors has not recommended any dividend to the all shareholders for the period ended 30th June 2016. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
