Annual Report 2014-2016 of Gammon India Limited

It is a broadly described annual report of Gammon India Limited in the year of 2014-2016 (18 months period). During the financial year, Total assets of the Company stood at Rs. 18590.02 Crore. The Turnover of Gammon Group during the period under review stood at Rs. 7,949 Crores as compared to Rs. 3,763 Crores for the previous 9 month period ended 30^th September 2014. Profit before tax for the year (18 months period ended) stood at Rs. (527.39) Crores as against Rs. (722.89) Crores in the previous year. The Group posted a Net Loss after Tax of Rs. 502.51 Crores during the period ended 31^st March 2016, as against a Net Loss after Tax of Rs. 775.32 Crores during the previous 9 month period ended 30^th September 2014. For the year under review, the basic earnings per share were Rs. (30.50).

The Board of Directors of the Company has not recommended any dividend as it is necessary to conserve resources for meeting payment obligations to lenders.
