The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of @20% for the year 2007 in Bonus Share i.e. 1 (one) share of Tk. 100 each for 5 (five) shares held on the record date, subject to approval by the shareholders at the 11th Annual General Meeting. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency.
