It is a broadly described annual report of International Leasing & Financial Services Limited in the year of 2007. Net income in PD operations is TK. 2.95 million. The Company posted a pre-tax profit of Tk.127.75 million in 2007, up by 39% from 2006. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on February 26^th, 2008 recommended dividend @ 30% i.e. Tk. 30 against per share of Tk. 100 each as the dividend for the year 2007 to be distributed in the form of cash @ 20% i.e. Tk. 20 and bonus share @ 10% i.e. Tk. 10 per share of Tk. 100 each equals to Tk. 46 million and Tk. 23 million respectively (1 bonus share against every 10 shares hold). These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
