Annual Report 2007-2008 of Yes Bank

It is a broadly described annual (director’s) report of Yes Bank in the year of 2007-2008. During the financial year 2007-08, The Bank’s net revenues (net interest income and other income) of Rs. 6.912 million and the net profit of Rs. 2000 million. Net revenues and net profit for the Financial Year 2006-07 was Rs. 3.659 million and Rs. 944 million respectively. Operating profit of the bank for the year 2007-08 Rs. 3,500 million. The paid-up capital of the Bank stood at Rs. 2957.89 million as at 31^st March 2008 as compared to Rs. 2.800 million as at 31^st March 2007.

The Board of Directors of the bank has do not recommend any dividend for the financial year ended 31^st March 2008.
