It is a broadly described annual report of Jaiprakash Associates Limited (Jaypee Group) in the year of 2004-2005. During the financial year, Total assets of the Company stood at Rs. 127,325 Crore. The earnings per share (basic & diluted) for the current year stand at Rs. 11.78 & Rs. 11.77.

The Board of Directors of the Company has declared and paid an interim Dividend of @18% for the financial year ended 31^st March 2005.
