A worker cooperative is a business entity which is owned and controlled with the people who work from it. Worker cooperatives thrive in numerous industries and locations. A cooperative organization may mean a strong where every worker-owner participates in decision-making within a democratic fashion, or it could refer to one by which management is elected by every worker-owner, and it can refer with a situation in which managers are thought, and treated while, workers of the firm.
