Vested Property

The particular Vested Property Act can be a controversial law in Bangladesh that enables the Government in order to confiscate property coming from individuals it deems just as one enemy of the state. Before the freedom of Bangladesh throughout 1971, it was known as the Enemy Property Act and is particularly still often called such in typical parlance. The act is criticized as being a tool for appropriating the lands from the minority population.
