Principle objective of this article is to explain the value of Organizational Culture. Organizational culture is the behavior of humans in the organization and means that people attach to those behaviors. Culture includes the actual organization’s vision, values, norms, techniques, symbols, language, assumptions, beliefs, and habits. Organizational culture and traditions includes an organization’s anticipation, experiences, philosophy, and values that hold it jointly, and is expressed inside its self-image, inner functions, interactions with the outside world, and future anticipation.
