The main objective of this thesis is to analysis an overall about the credit card market and then identify the prospects of CBL. Other objectives are to find out the satisfaction level of the clients of CBL to choose credit card and to describe the product and services offering and charges of CBL regarding Credit cards comparing with other banks. Finally identify the weakness and problems of the Credit card service offering of to suggest necessary measures to improve the service status of the Branch and the CBL as a whole.
