Theoretical neuroscience is the study of brain function with regard to the information processing properties with the structures that comprise the nervous process. It is the interdisciplinary science which links the varied fields of neuroscience, cognitive science, and psychology with electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, as well as physics.
