Systems psychology is a branch of both equally theoretical psychology and applied psychology in which studies human actions and experience with complex systems. It’s inspired by techniques theory and techniques thinking, and good theoretical work involving Roger Barker, Gregory Bateson, Humberto Maturana and others. Groups and people are considered as techniques in homeostasis.
