The System of Plea Bargaining Operate

Plea Bargaining may be defined as pre-trial negotiations between the accused and the prosecution during which the accused agrees to plead guilty in exchange for certain concessions by the prosecution. It is to be emphasized that all these three pleas are applicable in USA, India, Canada, in other words, in those countries where the provisions of this bargaining are incorporated. Plea bargaining thus refers to pre trial negotiations between the defense and the prosecution, in which the accused to plead guilty in exchange for certain concessions guaranteed by the prosecutor. In a country like Bangladesh the provision of it  should not be introduced for all offences. For instance, in India three categories of offences have been left outside of net of this.
