General objective of this Term Paper is to discuss on Strategic Management policy of MARUTI SUZUKI. Maruti Udyog Limited (MUL), established in 1981, had a primary purpose to satisfy the growing demand of a personal mode of transport, which is caused due to lack of competent general public transport system. This paper briefly discuss on marketing policy of India and worldwide Strategic Management system.
