There isn’t a more important managerial relationship with a workplace than that associated with an employee and range manager. Line managers want to get on with their work and also complete the tasks set for them and their squads. That’s entirely easy to understand. But HR is nothing apart. Managing the team well and in the timely way may be the foundation for accomplishment and managers have to figure out how to do it.
