Self Actualization is a term in psychology, which is the achievement of one’s full potential through creativity, independence, spontaneity, and a grasp of the real world. It is considered to be the master motive or the only real motive, all other motives being its various forms. It can be seen as similar to words and concepts such as self-discovery, self-reflection, self-realisation and self-exploration.
