The right to health shows that States must generate conditions by which everyone can be as healthy as feasible. It does not mean the right to be nutritious. The right to health will be the economic, social and cultural to an universal lowest standard of health to which all individuals are entitled. The General Comment makes the immediate clarification that “the right to health is to never be understood like a right to be healthy.
