General purpose of this lecture is to present on Quantification of Radiation. It divided into two parts: Quantifying Radioactive Decay and Quantifying Exposure and Dose. There are many different quantities and units used to quantify radiation, because there are a number of different aspects of an x-ray beam or gamma radiation that can be used to express the amount of radiation. Here also briefly focus on Ionizing Radiation at the Cellular Level.
