Basic objective of this lecture is to Presentation on Models of Organizational Behavior. Organizations achieve their goals by simply creating, communicating, and managing an organizational behavior system. The primary purposes regarding organizational behavior systems are to name and then help manipulate the major human in addition to organizational variables that affect the results organizations making the effort to achieve. This lecture analysis some theories and explain some models like Autocratic Model, Custodial Model, Supportive Model, Collegial Model and System Model.
