Portfolio assessment is an evaluation tool used to document student learning through several student-developed artifacts. Considered a form of authentic assessment, it includes an alternative or even an addition to traditional strategies to grading and excessive stakes exams. Portfolio assessment gives both equally teachers and individuals a controlled living space to document, assessment and analyze written content leaning. A portfolio assesses an individual’s growth detail by detail and provides the person who is evaluating the candidate a definite picture of the trend in which the person achieved additional knowledge and improved of their overall performance.
