Plea Bargaining

Plea Bargaining

A new plea bargaining is usually any agreement in a criminal case between the prosecutor and accused whereby the accused agrees to plead guilty to your particular charge in substitution for some concession on the prosecutor. This may mean that the defendant may plead guilty to your less serious impose, or to one of many charges, in return for that dismissal of different charges; or it may mean that the defendant may plead guilty for the original criminal charge in substitution for a more lenient word.
