Manpower means total labor force of a country, including both male and female. If there tend to be more people than offered jobs, it is named manpower surplus; if available people are fewer than careers, it is known as manpower deficit. Manpower management, which is mostly referred to as Human Resource Management involves the hiring of people as a way to take part inside running of a company.
