This letter is to certify that the (Company/Organization) is going to arrange a New Year’s Party on 31st December within the premises of School/College. All school/college students and teachers are allowed, except them no outsider is allowed to join in the event.

The details of the evening are sent to Principal, anything out of the schedule will not be entertained.
